SLG47105 HV GreenPAK™ Mixed-Signal Matrix

Renesas / Dialog SLG47105 HV (High Voltage) GreenPAK™ Mixed-Signal Matrix delivers the benefits of both configurable logic and configurable analog with high-voltage outputs, all encapsulated in a 2mm x 3mm QFN package. The SLG47105 provides a more cost-effective, one-time NVM programmable option for designers looking to integrate both digital and analog system functions while minimizing component count, board space, and power consumption for consumer and industrial motor drive applications. The device can drive two brushed DC motors, a single stepper motor, a solenoid, or any other load requiring up to 1.5A RMS current per output and an operating voltage of up to 13.2V.

Renesas / Dialog SLG47105V Evaluation and Training Boards provide demonstration, development, and training platforms for the SLG47105 GreenPAK Programmable Mixed-Signal Matrix. The SLG47105 offers a more cost-effective, one-time NVM programmable option for designers who want to integrate both digital and analog system functions while minimizing component count, board space, and power consumption in consumer and industrial motor drive applications. The SLG47105V-EVB board can also be connected to the Renesas / Dialog SLG4DVKADV GreenPAK Advanced Development Board for application emulation and programming of the onboard SLG47105 device. The SLG47105V-TRN training board shows the DC Motor control functions of SLG47105 and demonstrates the power part of the chip.
