Position Sensing Interface Solutions

Analog Devices Inc. Some of these measurements include the position of the robot arm, angular position of electric motor shaft, linear displacement of a hydraulic valve, and position of aircraft flight control surfaces.

Resolvers & LVDTs Position Sensing Solutions

Analog Devices Inc. Resolvers and LVDTs Position Sensing Solutions feature robust position sensors that provide highly accurate linear and rotary displacement measurements over a wide temperature range. The offering is divided into LVDTs and RVDTs. Linear Variable Differential Transformers (LVDTs) are electromechanical sensors that provide accurate linear displacement measurements. Rotary Variable Differential Transformers (RVDTs) are the counterpart to LVDTs and measure rotary displacement.
