TSB Low-Power BiCMOS Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSB Low-Power BiCMOS Operational Amplifiers have an extended voltage operating range and rail-to-rail input/output. The TSB series offer an excellent speed/power consumption ratio. TSC201x Bidirectional Current Sense Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSC201x Bidirectional Current Sense Amplifiers are designed to sense current via a shunt resistor over a wide range of common-mode voltages, from -20V to +70V. This high-voltage, bidirectional current sense amplifier provides an amplifier gain of 100V/V. The TSC201x can sense very low drop voltages as low as 10mV full scale minimizing the measurement error. This device can be used in functions such as precision current measurement, overcurrent protection, current monitoring, and feedback loops.
