600V N-Channel Super Junction Power MOSFETs

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) 600V N-Channel Super Junction Power MOSFETs offer low on-resistance, low conduction loss, and soft switching. These MOSFETs are designed with an integrated fast reverse recovery diode. The 600V power MOSFETs feature ultra-low gate charge and low impedance. These MOSFETs also meet the epoxy UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The 600V power MOSFETs are lead and halogen-free and are RoHS compliant. Typical applications include AC-DC converters, motor drives, LED drivers, charging adaptors, power management systems, solar micro-inverters, and Energy Storage Systems (ESS).
