GRF205x Ultra-Low Noise Amplifiers

Guerrilla RF GRF205x Ultra-Low Noise Amplifiers are designed for wireless infrastructures and high-performance RF applications. The GRF205x is great when RF applications require the lowest possible NF, high gain, and outstanding linearity. Broadband external matches deliver excellent RF performance over 0.7 to 3.8GHz (GRF2051) and 1.5 to 4.5GHz (GRF2052). The GRF205x are configured as first stage LNA, linear drivers, or cascaded gain blocks. The Guerrilla RF GRF205x has flexible biasing capabilities that offer high levels of reuse within designs and across platforms.
