CC3200STK-WIFIMK CC3200 SensorTag Development Kit

Texas Instruments CC3200STK-WIFIMK SimpleLink™ Wi-Fi® CC3200 SensorTag Development Kit is one of the quickest and easiest ways to connect sensors directly to the cloud. The development kit is based on the low-power SimpleLink Wi-Fi CC3200 wireless MCU, a Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ single-chip microcontroller unit (MCU) with built-in Wi-Fi connectivity. This wireless MCU allows the CC3200STK-WIFIMK to be battery-powered from AAA batteries. The development kit includes 9 low-power MEMS sensors. Connect directly to the cloud with Wi-Fi and get sensor data online in just a few minutes. The CC3200STK-WIFIMK configures the Wi-Fi connection out-of-the-box with the SensorTag iOS and Android™ app. No programming experience is required to get started.

SimpleLink™ Microcontrollers (MCUs)

Texas Instruments SimpleLink™ Microcontrollers (MCUs) offer the broadest portfolio of differentiated wired and wireless Arm® MCUs with a single development environment. This environment delivers flexible hardware, software, and tool options for customers developing Internet-of-Things (IoT) applications. With a single software architecture, modular development kits, and free software tools, the SimpleLink MCU platform allows 100% code reuse across the portfolio. This feature supports various connectivity standards and technologies, including RS-485, BLUETOOTH® low energy, Wi-Fi®, Sub-1 GHz with ZigBee®, and Thread. SensorTag Kits

Texas Instruments SensorTag Kits are the next-generation IoT demonstration kits that combine sensor data with cloud connectivity. These kits make IoT easy, with a secure connection to the cloud. Designers can use the SensorTag app (available for iOS and Android) to connect the user's data to the cloud in just a few minutes. These kits provide access to multiple wireless connectivity technologies. These sensor tags are available in three variants, each offering unique features. The CC2650STK covers multiple standards supporting BLUETOOTH® low energy, 6LoWPAN, and ZigBee. The CC1350STK provides access to Bluetooth low energy and Sub-1GHz long-range wireless. The CC3200STK-WIFIMK covers low-power wireless SimpleLink Wi-Fi. Each of these devices provides for low-power or battery-less operation. All MCUs featured in the Sensor Tag kits require little to no battery power, enabling designs that last months to years.
