TUSB1044RNQEVM Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments TUSB1044RNQEVM Evaluation Module (EVM) is designed to help evaluate the TUSB1044. The TUSB1044 is a USB Type-C™ Alt Mode redriver switch supporting data rates up to 10Gbps. This protocol-agnostic linear redriver can support USB Type-C Alt Mode interfaces, including DisplayPort. The Texas Instruments TUSB1044EVM can be used with a DFP (downstream facing port) or UFP (upstream facing port) USB Type-C source or device to evaluate the USB Type-C implementation.

USB Type-C™ Solutions

Texas Instruments USB Type-C™ Solutions offer power capabilities extended up to 15W via provisions that enable the source to manage current in a range of 0.5A to 3.0A dynamically. These Texas Instruments USB Type-C™ devices increase data speed rates to 10Gbps and USB 3.1 Power Delivery support supplies negotiable power up to 100W. Additional options include Alternate Modes, Display Port, and backward compatibility taking USB Type-C to a higher echelon.
