Amphenol SGX Sensortech Pellistor VQ Gas Sensors contain a high-quality, low-power pellistor pair optimized for the detection of combustible gases or % volume gases in thermal conductivity mode. Amphenol SGX Sensortech Pellistor VQ Gas Sensors offer a 2V to 4.25V voltage range. The portfolio include the following series: VQ6, VQ21T, VQ22, VQ23, VQ31, VQ35, VQ500, and VQ600.

VQ21T Combustible Gas Sensor Elements

Amphenol SGX Sensortech VQ21T Combustible Gas Sensor Elements are part of the VQ21 range of high power, low voltage, poison resistant detectors for general purpose applications. The VQ21T sensor elements are particularly suitable for fixed-point systems where the consideration of power consumption is not an overriding factor. These elements may be used to detect most flammable gases and vapors and, in particular, can detect methane in air mixtures with concentrations from 0.1% up to 5% (100% LEL). The VQ21T Sensor Elements provide several orders of magnitude longer life than a standard VQ1 pellistor.
