Microchip FP0030 / FP0060 / FP0100 low-voltage protection switches are low on-resistance devices for protecting against high transient voltages, preventing component damage, or saving downstream circuitry. Microchip FP0030 is a 20V current limiting protection device for preventing high transient voltages in Ethernet systems. Microchip FP0060 is a 60V low voltage AC protection switch with a current fold-back feature to protect solenoid valve controls against component damage. FP0100 100V fault protection switch with current fold-back guards against over-current or short circuit conditions in a system's output power supplies.
