TLS715B0EJ Demo Board

Infineon Technologies TLS715B0EJ Demo Board is designed to evaluate TLS715B0, a low dropout linear voltage regulator for load current up to 150mA. The TLS715B0 device with a typical quiescent current of 36μA is an ideal solution for systems that require low operating current. The regulator offers a low dropout voltage of 200mV when the output current is <100mA. Infineon Technologies TLS715B0EJ Demo Board supports a wide input voltage range of 4V to 40V and voltage cranking applications. Typical applications include automotive general ECUs, body modules and gateways, harsh environments, two-wheeler ECUs, infotainment, alarms, and dashboards.
