IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

LM36011 Inductorless LED Flash Drivers

Texas Instruments LM36011 Inductorless LED Flash Drivers offer a high level of adjustability and a small-solution size of 4mm2. The device produces up to 1.5A of LED flash current or up to 376mA of torch current. The accurately programmable current source retains this current without needing a pre-regulated voltage, saving both solution size and cost. An I2C-compatible interface controls features including hardware flash (STROBE), flash time-out, UVLO, thermal scale-back, LED fault detection, and 128 programmable currents for both flash and movie mode (torch). The LM36011 operates over an –40°C to +85°C ambient temperature range.
