TLS105B0MB Demo Board

Infineon Technologies TLS105B0MB Demo Board is designed to exhibit a full electrical performance evaluation of the TLS105B0MB, a low-dropout voltage tracking regulator. The TLS105B0MB IC supplies off-board systems, mainly the sensors in powertrain management systems found outside of the electronic control unit (ECU). The ECU needs to be protected against short-to-ground and short-to-battery. These protection mechanisms, together with reverse battery protection, are implemented in the TLS105B0MB and are demonstrated by the demo board functionality. Infineon Technologies TLS105B0MB Demo Board features plug-and-play evaluation capability, 250mV low dropout voltage, 3μA low current consumption, and 2V adjustable output voltage. Typical applications include high-precision voltage tracking, protected sensor supplies, and power switches for the off-board load.
