Wi-Fi® Front End Modules

Qorvo Wi-Fi® Front End Modules (FEMs) provide an integrated front-end solution for Wi-Fi applications. These Wi-Fi FEMs operate at a frequency range of 2.4GHz to 5.85GHz. The Wi-Fi FEMs include primary functions, such as power amplifiers (PA), low noise amplifiers (LNAs), switch solutions, filters, power management, and device matching. Qorvo Wi-Fi FEMs feature high efficiency, low power consumption, and high linearity for maximum modulation. Typical applications include mobile handsets, access points and routers, service provider gateways, media solutions, and computing.

RFFM4554 Wi-Fi® Integrated Front End Modules

Qorvo RFFM4554 Wi-Fi® Integrated Front End Modules operate in 4.9GHz to 5.925GHz frequency range and are designed for 802.11a/n/ac applications. The integrated SPDT switch and low noise amplifier with bypass reduce the layout area, bill of material, and manufacturability cost. The RFFM4554 switch to the LNA path has pins that allow filtering in the ideal path for the current Wi-Fi circuit applications. Qorvo RFFM4554 Wi-Fi Integrated Front End Modules are available in a 2.3mm X 2.3mm X 0.45mm 16-pin QFN package. The modules meet or exceed the power requirements of IEEE802.11a/n/ac Wi-Fi RF systems.
