FPF2260ATMX OVP/UVLO Protection Controller

onsemi FPF2260ATMX Overvoltage Protection (OVP)/Undervoltage Lock-Out (UVLO) Protection Controller comes with reverse/negative voltage protection. This controller controls and drives a pair of external N-MOSFETs that can operate over an input voltage range of 2.8V to 23V. The OVP feature implemented in the system allows massive current as long as the external MOSFET can handle the current. onsemi FPF2260ATMX controller features selectable gate drive voltage, USB OTG support mode, and integrated discharge path at the input. Typical applications include mobile phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), notebooks, and desktops.
