ROHM Semiconductor BD9x500 DC/DC Converters offer a built-in low on-resistance high-side power MOSFET. The BD9F500QUZ offers a current of up to 5A and a fast transient response due to the Constant On-Time control system. Additionally, the Light Load Mode control improves efficiency in light-load conditions. The BD9G500EFJ-LA Converter is capable of providing a current of up to 5A and has an adjustable operating frequency from 100kHz to 650kHz. The ROHM BD9G500EFJ-LA Buck DC/DC Converter implements a current mode architecture, allowing for fast transient response and a simple phase compensation setup.
