The Infineon Technologies REF_5AR3995BZ-1_14W1 is built around the ICE5AR3995BZ-1 from Infineon's CoolSET™ 5th Generation Fixed Frequency Plus family. It features an integrated 950V MOSFET in a DIP-7 package for enhanced system robustness and suitability for unstable grid environments. This design supports a universal input range of 85VAC to 300VAC (50/60Hz). It provides two non-isolated outputs: 15V at 0.83A and 5V at 400mA, making it a versatile solution for various power supply applications.
