SP2525NUTG TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP2525NUTG TVS Diode Arrays are low-capacitance devices for lightning surge protection in high-speed, differential data lines. Littelfuse SP2525NUTG comes in a μDFN package (3mm x 2mm) and can protect up to four channels up to 30A (IEC 61000-4- 5 2nd edition) and up to ±30kV electrostatic discharge (IEC 61000-4-2). The low 1.7pF capacitance and 9V clamping voltage of SP2525NUTG TVS Diode Arrays make them ideal for high-speed data interfaces, such as 1GbE applications in notebooks and switches.
