nRF54H20 4th Generation Multiprotocol SoC

Nordic Semiconductor nRF54H20 4th Generation Multiprotocol SoC is the first in the nRF54H series. The nRF54H20 is a compact, ultra-low-power SoC featuring superior processing power, abundant memory, and excellent efficiency. The device offers multiprotocol radio and state-of-the-art security options. The nRF54H20's integrated design with a unique combination of features enables developers to build innovative IoT products. The Nordic nRF54H20 contains multiple Arm^® Cortex^®-M33 processors and RISC-V coprocessors clocked to 320MHz. Each processor is optimized for a specific type of workload. The processing power of the application processor is doubled compared to the nRF5340. The nRF54H20 offers integrated memory with 2MB of non-volatile and 1MB of RAM, consuming less power than external memory. The processing power and amount of memory make the device ideal for running machine learning (ML) models and sensor fusion at the edge.
