TLF4277-2EL Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulator

Infineon TLF4277-2EL Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulator is the ideal companion IC to supply active antennas for car infotainment applications. The adjustable output voltage makes these devices capable of supplying the majority of standard active antennas such as FM/AM, DAB, XM, and SIRIUS. The TLF4277-2EL is a monolithic integrated low-dropout voltage regulator capable of supplying loads up to 300mA. For an input voltage up to 40V the TLF4277-2EL provides an adjustable output voltage in a range from 5V up to 12V. The integrated current monitor function is a unique feature that provides diagnosis and system protection functionality. Fault conditions such as overtemperature and output overvoltage are monitored and indicated at the current sense output. The maximum output current limit of the device is adjustable to provide additional protection to the connected load.

Infineon TLF42772ELXUMA2 Linear Voltage Regulator is a monolithic Low Drop Out (LDO) voltage regulator with an integrated current monitor capable of supplying loads of up to 300mA. This voltage regulator provides 5V to 12V adjustable output voltage range for an input voltage of up to 40V. The TLF42772ELXUMA2 linear voltage regulator features overvoltage, overtemperature, and overcurrent detection that are monitored and indicated at the current sense output.
