NC270x Synchronous Buck Switching Regulators

Nisshinbo NC270x Synchronous Buck Switching Regulators are designed for high-current applications like FPGA or processor point of load converters, communication base stations, network servers, and industrial and medical devices. The Nisshinbo NC270x has an input voltage range of up to 28V and offers versions with 20A, 10A, and 6A output currents. The module integrates the core regulator controller, inductor, high-side and low-side MOSFETs, and bypass capacitor, simplifying board design for power supply circuits up to 20A. The compact NC270xMA series, with a mounting area of 19mm x 21mm, provides excellent performance for efficient heat dissipation. Electrical evaluation is facilitated by the QFN0910-65-MA package, which allows access to all pins from the side. Safety features of the NC270xMA include thermal shutdown, over- and undervoltage detection, UVLO, and a choice between Hiccup or Latched current limit circuits.
