ENS21x Digital Humidity & Temperature Sensors

ScioSense ENS21x Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensors provide ultra-accurate sensing with temperature down to ±0.1°C and relative humidity down to ±0.8%RH. These sensors come in a tiny QFN4 package and feature an I2C interface to communicate with an external host processor. The ENS21x sensors automatically go into low-power standby mode when not measuring with a standby current of 40nA. These sensors operate within the 1.71V to 3.60V voltage range and -40°C to 125°C temperature range. Typical applications include building automation, smart homes, mobiles/wearables, IoT devices, and instrumentation.
