The MCC) MCAC65N06 MOSFET employs Split Gate Trench MOSFET Technology and a high-density cell design. These MOSFETs achieve ultra-low RDS(on) for enhanced performance. With a Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 and Halogen-Free "green" designation, the devices adhere to stringent environmental standards. The epoxy meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating, enhancing safety. Additionally, the lead-free finish makes them RoHS compliant, denoted by the "P" suffix in the product code, providing an eco-friendly solution.
