MADP-011048 Dual Pair Anti-Parallel PIN

MACOM MADP-011048 Dual Pair Anti-Parallel PIN is designed for MRI applications and is housed in a non-magnetic surface-mount package. The MADP-011048 from MACOM has an anti-parallel self-bias configuration and acts as a passive switch using silicon PIN diodes. There are two sets of diode pairs constructed in an anti-parallel configuration that operate from 5MHz to 400MHz.
