Toshiba offers a broad range of fully integrated drivers that can simplify many low-power designs, semi-integrated controllers with gate drivers for medium-power applications. These driver ICs are highly configurable controllers for a wide range of voltage and power designs with flexibility. Toshiba solutions are suitable for sensorless motors typically found in low-inertia rotational devices such as fans, pumps, and vacuums. Toshiba solutions also control sensor-based motors such as robotics, mixers, shredders, grinders, power tools, garage door openers, exercise equipment, and more.

TB67H303HG Full Bridge Driver IC

Toshiba TB67H303HG IC is a full bridge driver IC for DC motors with MOS output transistors. TB67H303HG adopts a DMOS output driver with low ON-resistance and Power Width Modulation (PWM) drive to provide high-power and high-efficiency drive. This IC provides Clockwise (CW)/Counterclockwise (CCW)/short break/stop functions. Other features include single power supply, standby function, built-in thermal shutdown, under voltage lockout, and overcurrent detection circuits.
