Current Sensor Evaluation Boards

Allegro MicroSystems Current Sensor Evaluation Boards offer a convenient way to quickly evaluate Allegro current sensors in a lab environment without a custom circuit board. These evaluation boards are intended for use with a user-populated Allegro Current Sensor IC. These Allegro MicroSystems boards do not come populated with an Allegro current sensor. It is up to the user to assemble the boards with the desired current sensor IC. The recommended bill of materials (BOM) for all compatible current sensors is available in the BOM section of the respective user guides.

A6217 Evaluation Kit

Allegro MicroSystems A6217 Evaluation Kit is used to evaluate the A6217 Buck Regulator LED Driver. The Allegro MicroSystems A6217 is a single IC switching regulator that provides constant-current output to drive high-power LEDs. It integrates a high-side N-channel DMOS switch for DC-to-DC step-down (buck) conversion. A true average current is an output using a cycle-by-cycle, controlled, on-time method.
