AWY-170320T19N01 TFT Display Module

Microtips Technology AWY-170320T19N01 TFT Display Module is a 1.9″ In-Plan Switching (IPS) TFT module. This display module features a 170 x 320 pixels resolution, 4-SPI/8-bit MCU interface, 400cd/m2 typical LCM luminous intensity (IF=80mA), and 30,000 hours for long-lasting durability. The AWY-170320T19N01 TFT module offers an optional touch panel for improved interaction. This TFT display module is used in wearables, fitness trackers, and media players.

TFT Displays

Microtips Technology TFT Displays are available in dimensions ranging from 0.9" to 21.5" with a choice of touch panel types or without a touch panel. These displays feature a color TFT LED or LCD panel, driver IC, flexible printed circuit (FPC), and a wide variety of resolution types. Microtips Technology TFT Displays operate in a -20°C to +70°C temperature range and are RoHS compliant. Typical applications include digital equipment that requires a color display, mobile phones, mobile navigators, and video systems.
