MSR2DAFC Hyper-Fast Recovery Rectifier

PANJIT MSR2DAFC Hyper-Fast Recovery Rectifier is a surface-mount rectifier designed with Trr under 20ns for efficient rectification in electronic applications. This rectifier reduces switching losses and achieves higher frequencies in electronic circuits for improved efficiency for DC-DC converters. The MSR2DAFC rectifier offers strong stability, high reliability, and minimal leakage current. This rectifier features a 200V maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage, 140V maximum RMS voltage, and 200V maximum DC blocking voltage.
