CEL CG2409M2-EVAL is the evaluation board for CG2409M2 GaAs (Gallium arsenide) MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) SPDT RF Switch. This board requires a DC blocking capacitor at all RF ports. CG2409M2-EVAL is made up of 20 mil thick Duroid 6002 whose dielectric constant is 2.94. This board has a supply voltage of 3V and operates at a frequency varying from 0.05GHz to 3.8GHz.
