SKY67180-306LF Low-Noise Amplifier

Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY67180-306LF Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) is a two-stage LNA with an active bias and high-linearity performance. The front end of the device provides an ultra-low Noise Figure (NF) while the output stage provides high-gain, linearity, and efficiency. The SKY67180-306LF amplifier features a low quiescent current of 125mA and comes in a 4mm x 4mm, 16-pin small QFN Pb-free package. This amplifier is ideally used in S and C band ultra-low noise receivers, LTE, GSM, WCDMA, HSDPA macro-base and micro-base stations, cellular repeaters, and high-temperature applications.
