iMOTION™ MADK Platform

Infineon Technologies iMOTION™ MADK Platform are modular application design kits for evaluating compact and flexible 3-phase motor drives. The iMOTION MADK evaluation platform covers 115V and 230V motor drive applications up to 300W. Two control board options are available and a range of power boards for a modular and scalable system solution. One control board is based on the XMC1302 Arm® Cortex®-M0 Microcontroller with tailored motor control peripherals and MATH hardware accelerator. The other board is an iMOTION™ IRMCK099 Digital Motion Control IC with an integrated Motor Control Engine (MCE).

EVAL-M1-099M Modular Application Design Kit

Infineon EVAL-M1-099M iMOTION Modular Application Design Kit (MADK) is powered by the IRMCK099M iMOTION Motor Control IC. The IC features advanced Motor Control Engine (MCE), which enables state-of-the-art Sensorless Field Oriented Control (FOC) without need for any coding. Infineon EVAL-M1-099M requires the MCETool V2 iMOTION, an isolated JTAG and UART-based debugger tool, which is necessary for parametrizing and controlling the IRMCK099M IC. The EVAL-M1-099M kit does not include the MCETool V2 iMOTION Tool, which can be ordered separately.
