DA221ZMT2L Switching Diode

ROHM Semiconductor DA221ZMT2L Switching Diode features a small mold type, high reliability, high-speed switching, and epitaxial planar structure. This switching diode offers 20V reverse voltage, 100mA average rectified forward current, and 200mA forward current. The DA221ZMT2L diode offers 150mW power dissipation, 150°C junction temperature, and 1V maximum forward voltage. This switching diode is ideal for use in high-speed switching applications.
