AQ3052-02RTG 2-Channel Unidirectional TVS Diode

Littelfuse AQ3052-02RTG 2-Channel Unidirectional TVS Diode is a low-capacitance TVS diode array designed to provide two-channel protections against ESD and lightning-induced surges. This robust device can safely absorb repetitive electrostatic discharge events at the higher levels specified by IEC 61000-4-2 (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. Furthermore, the AQ3052-02RTG unidirectional diode can safely dissipate a 10A surge current with an 8/20μs waveform, ensuring reliable protection for sensitive electronic components (IEC61000-4-5 2^nd edition). The typical capacitance of 1pF ensures excellent signal integrity in challenging consumer electronics interfaces. This AEC-Q101-qualified and PPAP-capable TVS diode features low clamping voltage and is suitable for USB 2.0, 10/100/1000 Ethernet, LVDS video lines, and display-port applications.
