IFX54441 Wide Input Range Low-Noise LDO Regulators

Infineon IFX54441 Wide Input Range Low-Noise LDO Regulators are a micropower, low-noise, low dropout voltage regulators that are available in compact SMD packages. Each of these devices are capable of supplying an output current of 300mA with a dropout voltage of only 270mV. Designed for use in battery-powered systems, the low quiescent current of 30μA makes these an ideal choice. A key feature of the IFX54441 is its low output noise. By adding an external 0.01μF bypass capacitor output noise values down to 24μV_RMS over a 10Hz to 100kHz bandwidth can be reached. The IFX54441 voltage regulator is stable with output capacitors as small as 3.3μF. Small ceramic capacitors can be used without the series resistance required by many other regulators.
