SI823Hx Gate Driver Boards

Skyworks Solutions SI823Hx Gate Driver Boards are ideal for driving power modules and discrete transistors. This two-channel isolated gate driver solution features a differential digital interface, optimized onboard isolated power supply, and user-configurable turn-on and turn-off gate resistors. The SI823Hx gate driver boards are available with 1Ω or 4Ω gate resistors and feature status indicator LEDs and test points that makes evaluation and prototyping easy. These gate driver boards offer overlap protection and reverse polarity protection for the 12V input supply. The SI823Hx boards operate at the -50°C to +85°C temperature range and 10.2V to 13.2V supply voltage range.
