Infineon Technologies BGS14MA11 SP4T switch IC features DC-free RF-ports and external DC blocking capacitors at the RF-ports, which are only required if DC voltage is applied externally. This switch IC is ideal for LTE diversity, LTE uplink TX, and LAA applications.
