HV264 Quad High Voltage Amplifier Array

Microchip Technology HV264 Quad High Voltage Amplifier Array combines four independent high-voltage amplifiers, each with its own input and output. The HV264 operates on a 200V high voltage supply and a 5.0V low voltage supply. The HV264 is designed for maximum performance with minimal high-voltage current. The high-voltage current for each channel is less than 75µA. Featuring a 190V output swing and a 9.0V/µs typical output slew rate, the HV264 is ideal for use in tunable lasers, test equipment, and Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS). The Microchip Technology HV264 Quad High Voltage Amplifier Array is offered in a compact 7.80mm x 4.40mm TSSOP-24 Pb-free package.
