UCC21738-Q1 Isolated Single-Channel Gate Driver

Texas Instrument UCC21738-Q1 Isolated Single-Channel Gate Driver is designed for IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs up to 2121V DC operating voltage. These devices have advanced protection features, best-in-class dynamic performance, and robustness. The device has up to ±10A peak source and sink currents. The input side is isolated from the output side with SiO₂ capacitive isolation technology. This feature supports up to 1.5kV_RMS working voltage and 12.8kV_PK surge immunity with longer than 40 years of isolation barrier life. It also provides low part-to-part skew and > 150V/ns common-mode transient immunity (CMTI).
