DST Double-Sided Adhesive Thermal Tape

Wakefield Thermal DST Double-Sided Adhesive Thermal Tape is highly efficient and widely used to bond heat sinks to microprocessors and other power-consuming semiconductors. The self-adhesive tape provides strong adhesive strength and low thermal resistance, which can effectively replace silicone grease and mechanical fixturing. Wakefield Thermal DST Double-Sided Adhesive Thermal Tape is used in LED lighting products, large-capacity drives, heat pipe assemblies, RDRAM memory, high-frequency micro-processing chips, notebooks, and desktop computers.
