MP6924 Switching Controller

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6924 Switching Controller is a synchronous dual LLC rectifier that works with 12V standard and 5V logic level MOSFETs. The MP6924 provides a light-load function to latch off the gate driver limiting the current to 175µA under light load conditions. The fast turn-off function enables both continuous conduction mode (CCM) and discontinuous conduction mode (DCM). MPS MP6924 Switching Controller operates at a 4.2V to 35V wide voltage range. Additional features include power savings of up to 1.5W in a typical notebook adapter and 35ns fast turn-off total delay. The rectifier requires a minimum number of standard external components and is available in the SOIC-8 package.
