MAX11261 Delta-Sigma ADC

Analog Devices Inc. MAX11261 6-channel, 24-bit Delta-Sigma ADC delivers exceptional performance while consuming very little power. The MAX11261 Delta-Sigma ADC generates precision DC measurements and sample rates up to 16ksps. Features include a 64-entry, on-chip FIFO, an I²C-compatible serial interface, and a 6.2nV/√Hz noise programmable gain amplifier (PGA). The integrated PGA has gain settings from 1x to 128x and provides isolation of the signal inputs from the switched capacitor sampling network. This feature allows the Analog Devices Inc. MAX11261 6-channel, 24-bit Delta-Sigma ADC to be used with high-impedance sources without compromising the available dynamic range.

Analog Devices Inc. MAX11262 14-bit 500ksps SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter is a +5V unipolar pseudo-differential input SAR ADC offering excellent AC and DC performance in a small standard package. This ADC typically achieves 85.4dB SNR, -102dB THD, and ±0.2 LSB INL (Typ.), ±0.12 LSB DNL (Typ.). The MAX11262 guarantees 14-bit no-missing codes. The ADI MAX11262 communicates using an SPI-compatible serial interface at 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V, or 5V logic. The serial interface can be used to daisy-chain multiple ADCs for multichannel applications and provides a busy indicator option for simplified system synchronization and timing.
