TLX9165T AEC-Q101 Photocoupler/Photorelay

Toshiba TLX9165T AEC-Q101-Qualified Photocoupler/Photorelay is engineered for high-reliability automotive and industrial applications. The Toshiba TLX9165T features a high-output infrared LED optically coupled to a MOSFET output stage, enabling solid-state switching with a low on-resistance of 340Ω (typical) and a maximum load current of 30mA. Housed in a compact 10-pin, SO16L-T package, the TLX9165T offers 5000VRMS isolation voltage and operates across a wide temperature range (-40°C to +125°C). The low input current requirement and high common-mode transient immunity enhance performance in electrically noisy environments, making it ideal for use in battery management systems (BMS) and EV charging infrastructures where space, efficiency, and reliability are critical.
