LTM4659 10A Step-Down DC-DC μModule® Regulator

Analog Devices LTM4659 10A Step-Down DC-DC μModule® Regulator is available in a tiny 4mm × 4mm × 1.43mm LGA package. The package includes power MOSFETs, the switching controller, the inductor, and all support components. The LTM4659 operates over an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V and supports an output voltage range of 0.5V to VIN when set by external resistors. Its high-efficiency design delivers a 10A continuous output current. Only ceramic output and input capacitors are needed.
