This technology helps to minimize conduction loss, provide superior switching performance, and withstand extreme dv/dt rate. The NVBG110N65S3F MOSFET is suitable for various power systems for miniaturization and higher efficiency. This MOSFET is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. The NVBG110N65S3F MOSFET is Pb-free and is RoHS compliant. Typical applications include an automotive on-board charger and an automotive DC/DC converter for BEV.
