IXYS MCNA650P2200CA High-Voltage Thyristor Modules are thyristors for line frequency in a ComPack package. IXYS MCNA650P2200CA High-Voltage Thyristor Modules feature a planar passivated chip and offer long-term stability. These thyristors offer 1020A on-state RMS current, 16kA non-repetitive on-state current, 2200V rated repetitive off-state voltage, and 300mA maximum holding current. Applications include line rectifying 50Hz/60Hz, softstart AC motor control, DC motor control, and more.
