Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY66320-11 High-Efficiency Power Amplifier offers wide instantaneous bandwidth in a fully input/output matched power amplifier (PA) with high gain and linearity. The SKY66320-11 High-Efficiency Power Amplifier is designed for 5G NR and 4G LTE systems operating from 3600MHz to 3800MHz. The active biasing circuitry is integrated to compensate for PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation.

SKY6631x RF Amplifiers & Development Tools

Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY6631x High-Efficiency RF Power Amplifiers are fully input/output matched devices featuring high gain and linearity. The amplifiers offer excellent input and output return loss, integrated active bias, and an integrated enable ON / OFF function. Operating at a 5V single supply voltage, the SKY6631x are a complete family of pin-to-pin compatible PAs that support major 3GPP bands. The SKY6631x development tools evaluate, control, and configure the SKY6631x power amplifiers. Typical applications include enterprise small cells, and massive MIMO as a high-efficiency PA, and micro-/macro-base stations as a driver. In addition, these products support FDD and TDD 4G LTE and 5G 3GPP bands.
