NJM17431 Adjustable Precision Shunt Regulator

Nisshinbo NJM17431 Adjustable Precision Shunt Regulator allows the output voltage to be set between VREF (about 2.5V) and 36V by two resistors. This regulator improves the reference voltage accuracy and safety operating boundary area. Nisshinbo NJM17431 regulator features bipolar technology and comes in SOT-23-5 or SOT-89-3 (UD) packages. Typical applications include industrial equipment, home electrical appliances, adjustable output voltage, and replacement of Zener diodes.
