The board can be used to control and protect the outputs of a 12V supply and turn on/off loads to demonstrate relay and fuse replacement. The SHIELD_BTS7008-1EPP offers a diagnosis with high current sense accuracy up to the current trip level. It is optimized for design flexibility across the family with pin-to-pin and external component compatibility. Infineon Technologies SHIELD_BTS7008-1EPP Arduino Shield includes a 50% reduced internal operating current composition, operates at a -16V to 35V supply voltage range, and offers a low ≤0.5μA output leakage current. Applications include electronic control unit (ECU) power feeds, auxiliary power outlets, heaters, driving heating loads, general power distribution, and capacitive loads.
