PR02-FS Fusible Metal Film Resistors

Vishay / BC Components PR02-FS Fusible Metal Film Resistors are suitable for applications in which defined fusible characteristics and high voltage pulse handling is required. These resistors meet UL 1412 and CAN/CSA C22.2 safety requirements. The series offers surge handling capability of >600V (1.2/50µs pulse) and a fast fusing time of <10s for an 80W overload. Vishay / BC Components PR02-FS Fusible Metal Film Resistors are designed to disconnect electronic home appliances from a power supply. PR02-FS resistors also provide current limiting in low voltage power supplies for lighting applications.
