MAAP-011193 4W Power Amplifier

MACOM MAAP-011193 4W Power Amplifier is a packaged linear power amplifier operating from 7.7GHz to 8.5GHz. MACOM MAAP-011193 provides 20dB gain and 46.5dBm Output Third Order Intercept Point (OIP3) with greater than 35.5dBm saturated output power (PSAT). The packaged amplifier comes in an air cavity 7mm surface mount package with a copper coin paddle and is composed of a two-stage power amplifier Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC). This MACOM device includes on-chip ESD protection structures and DC bypass capacitors to ease the implementation and volume assembly of the packaged part. MAAP-011193 is designed for use in 8Ghz point-to-point radios for cellular backhaul applications.
