Infineon Technologies 1400W PSFB SMD Solution employs the CoolMOS™ CFD7 MOSFET in a ThinPAK package and XMC4200-F64k256BA microcontroller. This solution also incorporates BSC016N06NS synchronous rectifier MOSFET, 1EDN7512G low-side driver, and 2EDS8265H driver IC. Typical applications include server and industrial SMPS.
